It functions as an automated index, reallocating assets across top-performing pools to deliver optimal risk-adjusted yields without manual effort. Backed by Paradigm, Haun Ventures, and Circle, YO has raised $14M in seed funding to advance its vision of simplifying DeFi yield generation.

Users can deposit stablecoins like USDC, EURC, or ETH into yoVaults (ERC-4626 compliant), which handle allocation, compounding, and optimization automatically. With 100+ protocol integrations across platforms such as Aave, Morpho, Pendle, and Euler, YO solves issues of fragmented liquidity and volatile yields while abstracting away chain-switching, gas fees, and complex strategies.

The protocol operates on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, and Gnosis, using smart algorithms to maximize capital efficiency and prioritize safety via Exponential’s risk framework. YO emphasizes productive TVL—ensuring every deposited dollar is actively working.

While no official token airdrop has been confirmed, YO runs an active points system that rewards user engagement. Deposits earn 2 points per $1 per day, with multipliers for certain Yield Token (YT) positions and bonus rewards for using yoTokens in external DeFi protocols.
